Asphalt Jungle is an achievement/trophy in L.A. Noire. It is earned by tackling a fleeing suspect, on foot. Hugo Moller from "The Golden Butterfly" case can be a good choice, as he is one of the slowest runners.
You will tackle a suspect by tapping the run button on your controller, when you are close to the suspect.
