"I don't know nothing about no drugs. All I do is my ten here flipping burgers."
―Morgan to Cole Phelps

Fleetwood Morgan is a character in L.A. Noire. He is a suspect in "The Black Caesar" case.

Morgan worked as the vendor at the Black Caesar Food Hut, and was also part of Mickey Cohen's stolen morphine racket, working as a distributor. Morgan received daily supplies of morphine from Jermaine Jones. Using his food hut as a front, Morgan sold the morphine by strapping syrettes under cups of popcorn. Two prominent customers were Cornell Tyree and Tyrone Lamont. Morgan also gambled some of his proceeds at Merlon Ottie's gambling racket.

Events of L.A. Noire

Tyree and Lamont died from overdosing on the morphine. Detectives Cole Phelps and Roy Earle discovered the morphine syrettes taped to the bottom of popcorn cups, instantly implicating Morgan and his vendor. Phelps and Earle confronted him at his food hut. Morgan attempted to escape but was captured and questioned, during which he gave up Jermaine Jones as his supplier. Morgan was sent to prison for drug trafficking and resisting arrest.
