Background
Hobbes is a detective in the Traffic department of the Los Angeles Police Department.
Events of L.A. Noire
He is first seen when Cole Phelps first arrives in the Traffic department, joking around with Stefan Bekowsky. He tells Phelps that he better like work because Bekowsky doesn't. Hobbes is also in several Traffic cases, sitting inside the briefing room.
