The Oldsmobile Hydramatic 88 is a 4-Door class vehicle available in L.A. Noire. It is identifiable as a 1948 model.

You can usually find one during The Silk Stocking Murder in the parking lot beside the Just Picked Fruit Market and another one in the Hall of Records parking lot during The Quarter Moon Murders.

Another can be found in the vicinity of The Blue Line street crime; follow the dirt road past the house and garage where the criminals were holed up and head right, the vehicle is near another house.

It can also be found in Bunker Hill (rarely), Wilshire, Westlake, and Hollywood.

  • In the real world, the Hydramatic was credited as one of the worlds first cars to feature a reliable automatic transmission, which is where this car gets its name.
  • Oldsmobile introduced the 88 in 1949 which makes this car an anachronism.
