Upon questioning from Detectives Cole Phelps and Stefan Bekowsky, she was mainly truthful in describing the incident, describing the car and a partial license number. However, she withholds information about the argument that she heard in the bar. Though she explains her trouble finding work, hence wanted to give her story and picture to the press for publicity.

She later appears in the Vice street crime, Fatal Plunge. Dudley Lynch and another man are fighting on a roof. The other man falls off of the roof, accidentally thrown by Dudley, to his death. However, he revealed to Shannon he did so to protect her from being taken advantage of. Their new-found romance is cut short, as Dudley was caught by Phelps. After a car chase, Dudley was arrested, though it's likely Shannon testified in Dudley's self defense plea.
