When Phelps and Bekowsky turn up, they find Shelton loading his baggage into the trunk of his car in an effort to leave town after running over a man. When Phelps and Bekowsky confront him, he hurls a bag a Phelps and drives of in his car. The player must then pursue him and take him into custody. The player must arrive to this location quickly to get the best results.
