Theodore "Ted" Rossi is a character featured in L.A. Noire. He is a Homicide detective in the Los Angeles Police Department. He appears briefly in The White Shoe Slaying. In the briefing room, he asks Captain Donnelly if the new letter from the Black Dhalia killer is genuine.

He is corrupt, as he appears to be on the payroll of both Errol Schroeder and Leland Monroe.
